Who is Dr Bill?

That's me — Bill Bailey. I've been collecting, cleaning, and selling specialty contact data since 2002. I hold a PhD in Information Systems and spent years as a college professor before building this into a full-time business. Every list sold across my sites is data I compile and stand behind personally — when you buy from me, you're dealing directly with the person who made it. Read my full story here.

What kinds of lists do you offer?

Three specialties, each on its own site:

Real Estate Agents — licensed agents nationwide, with targeting by state, county, city, or zip.
Physicians & Dentists — medical and dental professionals by specialty and location.
Business Lists — accountants, contractors, lawyers, financial advisors, C-level executives, and more by SIC code.

Each site has its own pricing, free samples, and data-field details. Pick the one that fits what you need.

How accurate is the data, and what's the guarantee?

I guarantee 96% accuracy on every list I sell. If more than 4% of your list contains bad data, you'll receive a prorated refund — you only pay for what you get. Because I control the entire pipeline (collection, processing, verification, and delivery) and compile from hundreds of publicly available sources, I can stand behind the quality on every site. This is not data I buy from a third party and resell.

Do you offer email marketing?

Yes. Zap Contact is my email marketing platform, built specifically for customers using purchased lists — something the mainstream platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, AWeber) prohibit.
